Si3N4 Ceramic Air Heating Element uses high-performance silicon nitride ceramic (Si3N4) as the substrate, has excellent properties such as: high mechanical strength at high temperatures, high thermal shock resistance, acid corrosion resistance, high electric insulation and thermal conductivity. Due to its special formula and the hot pressing manufacturing technology, this product has the following features in applications:

  • High electric insulation strength: No breakdown for 1 minute, at 2500V, 50Hz, and room temperature

  • High application temperature: maximum 1200 0C in air

  • High power at unit surface, up to 25 W/cm2

  • Small thermal inertia and fast heating

  • Acid and alkali corrosion resistance

  • Small size

  • Long life

Typical applications include:

  • Die heater

  • Packaging machinery heater

  • Tobacco equipment heater

  • Industrial heating equipment

  • Hot and cold drink machine heater

  • Burner appliance ignition system

  • Welding furnace heating

  • Petrochemical industry heater

  • High temperature ignition

Caution during application:

  • Sudden cold and sudden heat are strictly prohibited in working environment

  • At high temperature, the hot surface of element should avoid from splashing water or other liquids
