Si₃N₄ Ceramic Air Heating Element uses high-performance silicon nitride ceramic (Si₃N₄) as the substrate, has excellent properties such as: high mechanical strength at high temperatures, high thermal shock resistance, acid corrosion resistance, high electric insulation and thermal conductivity. Due to its special formula and the hot pressing manufacturing technology, this product has the following features in applications:

• High electric insulation strength: No breakdown for 1 minute, at 2500V, 50Hz, and room temperature
• High application temperature: maximum 1200 ⁰C in air
• High power at unit surface, up to 25 W/cm²
